02 · The thesis
The Lab was born out of Singapore's Advanced Digital Science Center, where its founding team spent a decade building smart-city infrastructure. Its thesis: when roughly a third of European operating cost is regulatory compliance, the investor who reads regulation earliest holds the advantage. The Lab works across five pillars: AI infrastructure, water, biotech, defence and space.
